The 1928 Capitol-Park Theater, Racine, Wisconsin
The City of Racine razed this 1928 historic landmark building, despite citizens adamant objections and substantial plans & money raised to begin the repairs. The raze began Feb. 23, 2021 and by mid-April 2021, the lot became an empty lot, waiting for grass to be planted.
